Went to Kino!

I got the GiGs I ordered but this is not the one with Dir en grey on the cover! :( I have to wait till next month for the Jan issue. Lyd convinced me to subscribe to Nylon Japan, so hopefully my mom won't notice the increasing number of magazines in my room. Trust me, she notices these kinda things.
Also saw about 7 other books I wanted to get.
Lyd attempted to order a Yaoi magazine but failed. I think the woman was really uncomfortable about us ordering a BL magazine, because she kept giving us weird looks.

On the way, we had a bit of a pervy talk. We started talking about our beloved 日本 and their problems with the decreasing population, because apparently people don't want to give birth nowadays. And so I said, "Give me Kaoru and I'll give Japan enough citizens to start another country." I was also going on about Die playing guitar during a DEG live, with his hair flying around when the fan was blowing him, and Lyd said 'I wouldn't mind blowing him' -__-

I actually meant fan, KIPAS.
I might have kicked her out of the car then.
The only problem is that the car belongs to her.

Met my Jappy class for dinner and movie. As per the usual Malaysian timing, we were late for dinner, and then movie. I have no idea what happened at the beginning of 'A Christmas Carol'. Went for Starbucks after, and Philip-san gave me his Starbucks stamp card :D :D Thank you!

I really am! The only good thing is I usually manage to wheedle some money out of my brothers/dad.

King postponed dinner and movie for today, so I thought I'd finally stay home and spend some quality time with Guitar Hero. Then Mom said "Let's go to Pyramid!" And out we went,
Got a message from Kinokuniya saying the Gigs magazine I ordered is here so I'll be going to Kinokuniya with Lyd tomorrow. And then its movie with my Jappy sensei and class.
And I still haven't gotten my pay from Nut. Its been 3 months. Its bad form to rush a friend for money right?

Lately, I've taken a liking to taking pictures when I'm driving. Either I'm really bored, or I have a death wish. I really like black-and-whites.

Results are outt~

When Nikko called, I was really reluctant to check my results. But he refused to hang up until I did. And not only did I not fail anything, I did wayyy better than I expected :D
And so I survived another semester.

Surprisingly, I got my wish.

It didn't rain the whole morning/afternoon until the moment I finished EvoRace. Thank you, God. Right after that, it poured like there's no tomorrow. And I was drenched in the end, because I was outside checking the wall art paintings around that 2B-pencil lookalike building in PJ State. People, if you're ever around that area, go and see! :)

I'm beginning to think Lyd lied to me. Haha. I mean, MSID was pretty fun, unlike what she said. I get to check out other colleges' works and that kinda tells you where you stand with your own design, and what you need to do in order to improve. Performances were really nice, although mostly every college did a dance which is typical.. Except MIAcollege. Fake flute playing, fake beat-boxing, fake drum playing. I really can't ignore that obviously fake beat-boxing part -.- And they couldn't even get a real flute. I won't go on.

UCSI won 2 1st prizes; 1 for Furniture Wire Mesh Design, and another for Short Movie by the juniors. We also got 3rd prize for Commercial Break and my team won Best Packaging Design in the EvoRace :D Yay!

I really like this design. Its a proposal for Nickelodeon Hotel.

Shyung was driving us to Subang in my car when he looked at the rear mirror and said "I think Hamster left you a message." I turned around, and there were the words 'fat round small thing' written on the glass in gigantic, capital letters at the back of my car for the whole world behind me to see.

I will have to pay him back the next time he comes over for another round of Guitar Hero.

I have to wake up at the crack of dawn tomorrow. Oh, the horror.

I really hope it won't rain tomorrow, for once. I have EvoRace in the afternoon which requires me to be running around in PJ State, and hopefully I won't be doing it under the rain.

The other day, my dad suddenly asked if I secretly dyed my hair. That's when I realise this is the actual color of my hair o_o Some strands are gold, but I can't get a good picture. Lol. Anyway, whats the point in doing it secretly? Its not like I can take my hair out when I come home or something.

That is, apparently, the name of my band in Guitar Hero.

Yung finally bought the Xbox, so thats my current addiction. NFS Shift and Tekken 6 <3! I've been playing Guitar Hero everyday. I think I may have given up reading and sleeping for it. Lol. But playing Metallica's Master of Puppets is suicide. Or something close to it. I can't make it past the long-ass intro before I die. I wonder if I can master all 9 minutes of the song before the start of my semester.

Our list of subjects for next semester is out. Back to 6 subjects and no sleep. And that means results will be out soon. I have to pass Contract & Law! :S I hope December passes by as slowly as possible.

Hamster came over for dinner today, after a gazillion years of not seeing him. After that, we had a 4-hour jamming session on Guitar Hero; with Hams on guitar, me on bass, Yung on drums and Panda singing. My wrist is about to fall apart. I think I may end up growing a lump on my arm from too much guitar-ing, like Hams. But we did manage to prove one thing; Panda really can't sing.


Wei: Eh, go buy the Guitar Hero Boyband Edition or something, then I can sing lar.
Hams: -.- You don't need guitars for that la then, you just need 5 mics.

01. I have no idea why people insist on forwarding mandarin e-mails to me. Unless they come with English translations, I won't understand what they're going on and on about. So it's pretty pointless. And if I see another [Love Test - MUST FWD OR U WILL HAVE BAD LUCK] email in my inbox, I will be forced to commit some serious bodily injury. I have no idea why people think these actually work.



02. I have an entire stack of books plus magazines waiting to be read, I'm actually quite stressed. Not to mention all the e-books I've been downloading. I have no idea which one to start first. Dad's having the hump with me (aka throwing a fit), because I've been out a lot and I am also buying books faster than I can read them. What he doesn't know is, there is still two books I'm going to get; John Green's Looking for Alaska and Neil Gaiman's The Graveyard Book. Gah. I'm broke and heavily in debt. Luckily I cancelled my KERA subscription.

03. Also, I've decided not to get a job. It is nice waking up at 1pm everyday for a change, except when I have to be the driver for my brother, which is nearly everyday -.-. I think 'some people' should make use of public transports. They are there for a reason. Of course, I can't tell him that, because then he will demand that I pay him back asap.

04. Yung wants to get a TV and Xbox in his room :D Yay. And he's going to get Rock Band! Double yay. And I know for a fact that Dance Dance Revolution can be played on Xbox \o\/o/Triple yay. All the more reason why I shouldn't get a job.

05. The other day, Shyung said 'Lets put the piano online to sell, and then we could get a foosball table. I will teach you how to play.' He said it would keep them all at home, so my mom will be happy. And the worse thing is, my dad may actually be considering it (selling the piano, not the foosball table part). He also didn't agree with my 'you-bought-it-for-me- so-the-piano belongs-to-me-not-you' reasoning.
