i wonder..;

...what these dreams mean?

Lately, I've been having recurring dreams about cockroaches. Not exactly rainbow and sunshine material.

The first one was me being in a dark alley, and I was chased by 3 huge flying cockroaches. And they can fly really fast. I was running and running, past some people I know, past some I don't know, but everyone refused to help ._. Actually, in my dream, they looked at me weirdly when I said 'the cockroaches are chasing me!'. I ran up a lot of stairs, but they could catch up just as fast. It was kinda scary.

The second one was 2 nights ago; I was stuck in my car with 2 huge cockroaches, and they came out of my air-cond vent. I tried to open the car door and run out, but I couldn't. I still remember it was night then, and I was really afraid because I couldn't see where they were. Then suddenly, one crawled past my dashboard and I tried to hit it with my bag, screaming all the way.

The third one was today, and the most disgusting. I was participating in some competition with a bunch of college mates and 2 of my brother's friends ._. I stopped by my auntie's house in Old Town and she said she made me some food to eat, before my competition. So, I went in with everyone and we sat down at the dining table. Then, she brought out 2 plates of fried i-dunno-what, but they were round. So, I took one and bit it and it turns out the filling was a cockroach O_O!!! I can still see its body in my mind. Urgh. And the worst was, I had its head stuck in my throat, and I was choking while everyone were happily eating ._. I had to cough it out, and everyone was like 'What are you doing?! These are nice!' I tried telling them it had cockroach-filling but no one listened to me. I suddenly 'woke up' and it was about 5-something am..And my throat did feel kinda funny o_o I couldn't sleep properly after that, cause it was too cold and I was really afraid of 'continuing' the dream.

Even now, I'm actually kinda afraid to go to bed. I don't want anymore cockroach dreams!

I forgot where I kept the book about dreams that Chun Hung bought for me a loong time ago. I'm pretty sure it has a section for insect dreams..

Or was it animals?


I hope it doesn't mean I'm about to be attacked by a pack of cockroaches in real life soon.
