ohmygod again..;

... for a completely different reason.

Was in the GSC site trying to find out when The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus is coming out, when I see Tekken and King of Fighters due out in May/June 2010. I really wish I didn't read that.... or watched the trailers. It ruined all the games for me. Nothing good ever comes out of fighting games being made into movies. First, it was Mortal Kombat. Then, DOA and Street Fighters. The plots are usually cheesy as hell, and the characters never look the way they do in the games, you'll wonder why they even bothered using the name in the first place. For example; using Kristin Kreuk to play Chun-Li, minus her signature hair and outfit. Thats like telling Batman not to put on his suit.

Here are a few reasons why KOF probably wouldn't make it either;
1. Iori Yagami(!!), with his trademark red hair and all that hotness is nowhere to be found.
2. Mature and Vice look like J-Rock groupies who escaped from a Dir en grey video with their black leather lolita outfits.
3. Using American actors to play the characters 'Kyo Kusanagi' and 'Ryo Sakazaki'. Seriously. That is so wrong.
4. Maggie Q as Mai Shiranui!? This is so obviously an attempt to get more guys to watch the movie.

I don't think I'll watch this.

ohmygod..;

Woke up this morning, switched on my lappy to go online and the next thing I know, I was crying because I see the headlines "Avenged Sevenfold Drummer Found Dead At Home".
I cannot believe this. Why? WHY?

I stared at the screen for at least 2 minutes, trying to digest what I'm seeing. The Rev passed away. The Rev, as in drummer of Avenged Sevenfold. The Rev. I can't even begin to wrap my mind around this news. He was only 28 years old. How did he die? Sudden death, natural causes; that's all they said.

These days, death is all I keep hearing about. Michael Jackson, Brittany Murphy and now The Rev. It all seems so unreal, somehow. I wonder what will happen to A7X now. I see them following in X-Japan's footsteps back when Hide passed away in 1998. He was irreplaceable, and X-Japan's music changed forever without him. So is The Rev. I just can't see anyone taking over his place in the band. I don't think anyone's good enough.

What am I gonna do without A7x's music?
Ugh, sorry. I'm really passionate about my music.

"Seize the day, or die regretting the time you lost."

okay, now that's weird..;

I'm bored.
So I started reading Junjou Romantica all over again. Ah~ Usagi-san! <3

Back in time for Christmas!

I'm missing Singapore already. Shopping there is so awesome. Officially a C&K fan. I also got a new pair of high-cuts :D They're exactly like the ones in Converse, except they have studs on the front.
And let me say this, I actually spent the last 2 days in Singapore just walking. No cars, no cabs and no buses. Walking to breakfast, walking to the MRT, walking from mall to mall. Life in Singapore is the complete opposite of KL. Its a pretty big thing because..
if you had told me walk out for breakfast or to take the LRT here, I'd say 'In your dreams.'

Because the trains here stink. And there are practically no trees where I live, so you get scorched the moment you walk out.

4 days..;

... till Christmas :)

I do believe I'm more of a Christmas person, than a Chinese New Year one. My Dad says I'm in the wrong family -_- I've been bugging him for at least 6-7 years now, and he still refuses to put up a Christmas tree for me. Sheesh. He wouldn't even string some lights on that skinny thing we call a tree outside our house.

Made my Dad drive all the way to Pyramid at night because I wanted to take some pictures of the decorations outside the mall. The moment I got down the car with my camera in hand, the lights went out ._. I didn't even get one measly picture. We waited for at least 10 minutes, but the lights didn't come back on. My dad found it amusing. My mom thinks its my fault. She said 'Look what you did. Now everyone else can't take pictures too.'

If only I had the power to control electricity, really -.-

230am, and I have a craving for Starbucks and 10 Things I Hate About You.

How hard is it..

.. to shop for a measly pair of shorts in a huge mall?

Very hard.

Spent 4 hours walking around Times Square on my own today, and I couldn't find a pair of shorts that I actually like -.- After that, I dropped my aunt off at KL Central in the evening. And she's off to Japan....

...without me.

This is probably what my aunt will see in Osaka. Thats Osaka Castle behind the tree. I wonder if it looks just as beautiful in real life.

I wouldn't know.

blessed;

Adventurous day, all in all.

Went to the orphanage this morning. And it left me feeling..... something. I left with a heavy heart. Was supposed to drop Yung off at the LRT, but he convinced me to drive him down to KL. So I did. Even though my dad kinda put up a ban against me driving to KL.

And... then I got lost on the way back.

He neglected to tell me there were 2 turnings I had to take, instead of one. Next thing I knew, I was heading towards... somewhere. I didn't really feel like calling anyone for help (call it pride if you will) so, I did what my Dad taught me to, and tried to look for a road name, or a place I recognised. After driving for awhile, I found the road to KL Central, and somehow managed to find my way home :D I think I'll try KLCC next time.
....
Found this awesome site with some nice quotes. Thats what I spent the whole day doing.
